My 2 Cents Oct 19/22

Grains were under some pressure Tuesday as Mississippi river levels continue to drop which this effects corn and soybeans more than anything but wheat was also under some pressure as talks continue about keeping the Ukraine grain corridor open and also allow for more Russian grains and fertilizers. They are still saying talks are constructive and positive so we will have to see how long this will last. Russia is still at the negotiating table which is positive for exports out of the black sea and as of lately there has been an increase in ships leaving ports. On the war front though that’s a different story as it seems the Ukrainians want one thing and peace talks aren’t it which could leave the grain shipping corridor up in the air.
